Abstract: Language development is influenced by the environment, because the language is basically a result of learning from the environment. Child (infant) learn the language as well as learn the others, "mimic" and "repeat" tne results which have been obtained. This is the way of early language learning. This research based on qualitative approach.Data obtained Uom direct observations of the child language development that is recorded in a diary. The study shows that the children aged 19 months (Fathar and Fathir) can simultaneously acquire two languages namely Indonesian and English. They can produce the sentence with one word or two word*, but not for three words.Obtaining English can be more, depending on the English mastery of the parents and the surroundings. Fathar / Fathir have been able to respond in English vocabulary speech anytime activities done and pictures/real objects showed.
