Abstract: All of Nursing Educational institutions are expected to meet the quality assurance of education, that can produce the new nurses generation to face globalization and future demand. Planning and quality process needs to be supported by the creativity of professional leadership and organizational culture of a health environment and quality management excellence. Nursing education is interesting subject as a focus of research, when it compare with performance standard that still have the gap between lecturer competency, leadership creativity, and environment factor. This study used survey methods, quantitative and qualitative approaches. Location of research on eight nursing education at West Java and Banten Province, and each Province have four nursing education institution. Leadership profile has a direct influence on the sustainability of the leadership of nursing education in West Java and Banten with a significance level of 0.01< 0.05, and individual competence, creativity, leadership and environmental factors have a direct influence with the support of nursing education leadership profile (R2 = 0.728 to R2 = 0.730), and significant effect on academic achievement and stronger with the support of nursing education leadership (R2 = 0.465 to R2 = 0.498. The conclusion of the research is nursing education achievement affected by leadership profile, individual competency, leadership creativity, and environment factors.
